Bright, jammy, and warming — a natural PNG bursting with personality.

Tasting Notes: Strawberry Jam • Clove • Mellow Chocolate

Why You’ll Love It

This is one of the most unique coffees in our lineup — lively, jammy, and beautifully layered. Expect a burst of cooked berry sweetness, warming spice, and a smooth chocolate finish. It’s the kind of cup that feels both comforting and exciting, perfect for people who love naturals with depth and character.

The Story

Naturally processed coffees from Papua New Guinea are rare, and this one immediately stood out on the cupping table. Its cranberry-like fruit character, gentle spice, and round chocolate base created a profile unlike anything else. This lot from the Kindeng Dry Mill is part of Café Imports’ Community Select program, showcasing exceptional smallholder coffees from the Western Highlands.
