Blend Composition:

• 50% Mexico – Puebla, Chichiquila: Brings smooth pecan, rich caramel, and bright cooked citrus notes with a sweet, nutty base.
• 40% Peru – Cajamarca, PeruNor: Adds depth with creamy praline, toasted almond, and mellow sweetness, creating a rich and balanced body.
• 10% Ethiopia – Sidama, Duwancho: A final flourish of bold roasted black currant and delicate jasmine, adding brightness and complexity.

In emergency medicine, the "Golden Hour" refers to the critical first hour after a traumatic injury—the window when swift medical intervention can mean the difference between life and death. This concept is deeply personal to us.

As a pilot with STARS Air Ambulance for over 20 years, I've had the privilege of flying over 1,000 patients, witnessing firsthand the life-saving impact of rapid medical response. STARS is responsible for saving thousands of lives, and we want to give back to the organization that continues to make that possible.

For every pound of Golden Hour sold, a portion of the proceeds is donated to STARS Air Ambulance, supporting their mission to deliver critical care when it’s needed most.

This blend is more than just coffee—it’s a tribute to resilience, quick action, and second chances.

• Best For: Pour-over and drip brewing to highlight the smooth caramel sweetness and bright citrus notes.
• French Press: For a richer, full-bodied experience with deep nutty undertones.
